At the conclusion of Round 8, we will pause briefly to take a poll and tally results.  Round 9 will not be posted by your commissioner until the poll has been concluded.  As always, the poll requires a quorum of 8 participants, and a majority of the quorum is required to pass the rules change.  So your participation will be appreciated.  The poll will go up as we near the end of Round 8.  Stay tuned.
