Chris, The Franchise team manager,  has advised that he will not be returning for 2020.  A new manager will be applying to join soon and we will provide the random draft order to all managers soon after the acceptance of the new manager into the league.  The draft will officially commence on Friday evening, February 7 at 6 PM. 
Of course, as is always the case, managers are free at any time during their turn to select a player, but the trailing manager is not assumed to know that he/she is up to pick until 6 AM on February 8.
